Neal Waters is an award-winning photojournalist based in the San Francisco Bay area. He has been photographing documentary and news stories since the early 90s. As well as his photojournalism, Waters also works as a cinematographer and producer on short films and documentaries.
His clients include: Anadolu Agency, European Press Agency (EPA), ZUMA Press, San Jose State University, South Bay Pulse, Content Magazine, SHiFT Magazine, CAL Fire, San Jose Mercury News, Silicon Valley Community Newspapers, The Salinas Californian, San Jose Business Journal, Junker Designs, Bee Charming Technologies, Hopeless Records, Austin Habitat for Humanity, US Olympic Committee (Films) and ImageSource.
Waters has both a BA and MS from San José State University. He even taught for a year at SJSU after completing his MS in Mass Communications.
